Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking your stay at Aristos Villa. By confirming a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 A reservation is only considered "Confirmed" once the full payment or the specified advance amount has been received and acknowledged by Aristos Villa management.
1.2 For direct bookings, the balance payment must be settled at least 7 days prior to check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is mandatory and must be paid upon check-in. This will be reimbursed within 3-5 working days post-checkout, subject to a damage inspection.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking channel (Airbnb, Direct, etc.). For direct bookings, cancellations made more than 15 days before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.
2.2 No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
3. Guest Conduct and House Rules
3.1 Guests are required to adhere to the official House Rules provided on our website and at the villa premises.
3.2 Aristos Villa is a family-friendly estate. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to neighbors may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3.3 Smoking/Hookah is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of ₹5,000 per violation will be levied.
4. Liability and Indemnity
4.1 Aristos Villa, its owners, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of life occurring during the stay.
4.2 The villa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
4.3 Guests agree to indemnify and hold Aristos Villa harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or violation of these terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
